What you need

Choose your business base

Canada creates one Canadian account with CAD pricing. United States creates one U.S. account with USD pricing. Choose where your business is based—not where buyers live.

Your online store

Use an HTTPS WordPress + WooCommerce store, or install the Shopify app directly from a Shopify-owned surface. The store may sell to buyers in both Canada and the U.S.

One home market

Your chosen home market controls the catalog, seasonal sale, membership discount, currency, and Canvas fulfillment charges for every connected-store order.

Manual Dropshipping

Place buyer orders without a store integration.

Create or sign inOpen My Account → Dropshipping and enable Manual Dropshipping under Billing and fulfillment.
Start the orderChoose Upload image for manual order, or use Order now beside a saved Product Studio product.
Enter both contactsKeep your own details for billing and enter your buyer's name, email and address for delivery.

Emails and tracking

The purchase receipt goes to your billing email.
Tracking also goes to your billing email, not the buyer's delivery email.
You decide how and when to update your buyer.

White-label option

Canvas prints normally carry the Canvas Prints Ltd. hanging-instructions QR.
In Dropshipping Settings, replace it with your logo or generate your own QR from a URL.
The selected branding is clearly marked on the production order.

Saved products: manual dropshippers can still use Product Studio. Once a product is saved, choose Order now to send its artwork into the order app without re-uploading it.

Each store connection belongs to the Canvas Prints domain where you create it. Connect a Canadian store through Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, or Toronto; connect a U.S. store through Canvas Prints USA.

Connect Shopify

Start inside ShopifyOpen the Shopify App Store from Shopify Admin and install Canvas Prints Ltd. Fulfilment. You never need to type or copy a shop domain.
Approve the appShopify immediately shows the requested product, order and fulfillment permissions. Choose Install.
Choose your business baseAfter OAuth completes, select Canada for CAD fulfillment pricing or United States for USD fulfillment pricing.
Create or sign in to one accountCanadian merchants continue on Canvas Prints Calgary; U.S. merchants continue on Canvas Prints USA.
Confirm connectionShopify must appear under Connected stores before publishing.

To disconnect: use Disconnect beside the Shopify store in your Canvas dashboard. Products and order history remain in Shopify, but new orders stop entering Canvas fulfillment.

Install and connect Canvas Fulfillment

Install the ZIPDownload the plugin, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Do not unzip it.
Choose where your business is basedIn WooCommerce → Canvas Fulfillment choose Canada for a Canadian/CAD account or United States for a U.S./USD account. Do not choose based on the countries your store ships to.
Create the matching store keyFollow the plugin link to create or sign in to the one matching Canvas account. In My Account → Dropshipping, enter the store name and full HTTPS address, then copy the one-time API key.
Save in WordPressPaste the key and choose Save connection. The plugin fixes the correct Canvas API automatically from the selected home market.
Verify in CanvasThe store must appear under Connected stores in that same Canadian or U.S. account.

Download WooCommerce plugin

A store serving both countries: keep the single home market where the merchant business is based. Buyer destination affects delivery only; it never switches the Canvas catalog or billing currency.

To disconnect: use Disconnect in Canvas to revoke the key. Deactivate or remove the WordPress plugin only if you no longer want Canvas Fulfillment available in that store.

Create and publish products

Inside Product Studio

Upload artwork or choose Private Storage.
Create a crop for every ratio you want to sell.
Generate or upload mockups and select the main image.
Choose sizes, wraps, prices, destination store and project folder.
Save, publish as a hidden draft, or publish live.

Inside your connected store

Multiple sizes or wraps become buyer-selectable variants.
A single choice is described without an unnecessary dropdown.
Your chosen main mockup becomes the featured image.
Editing and syncing updates that destination's existing product.
The same master product can be published independently to WooCommerce and Shopify.

Private-label the back of every print

Our canvas prints normally include a small QR label linking to Canvas Prints hanging instructions. To replace it with your own logo or QR code, first create or sign in to your Canvas Prints account, then open My Account → Dropshipping → Billing and fulfillment. Your QR code can lead buyers to your branded hanging guide, support page, portfolio, or store.

Paid order, production and shipping

Your buyer pays youYour connected store collects the retail price, tax, and shipping in the storefront currency you configured.
Canvas validatesWe check the mapped product variant, artwork, buyer address, and the fulfillment price from your fixed business home market.
You are chargedA Canadian account is charged in CAD using the Canadian catalog and seasonal or membership pricing. A U.S. account is charged in USD using the U.S. catalog and seasonal or membership pricing.
We fulfillThe order enters Canvas Admin. Tracking returns to the connected store where the sale occurred.

Store serving both Canada and the U.S.: buyer destination does not change the merchant's Canvas price list. Standard delivery is free in both countries; expedited is 11 and express is 29 in the account home currency where available. Service and timing depend on the destination province or state.

Good to know

Will customers see a Canvas Prints receipt?

No retail receipt is included in the package. The buyer relationship remains with your store.

Can I connect multiple WooCommerce stores?

Yes. Create a separate connection and API key for every exact HTTPS store address.

What happens when a payment or file fails?

The fulfillment record stays on hold and does not enter production until the issue is corrected.

Can I still place orders manually?

Yes. Use the regular Canvas order app, enter your customer’s delivery address and retain your own billing details.
